For customers who made a purchase online from SalePointer as the feature merchant:

  1. Please submit a form explaining the reason for your return and kindly drop off the parcel and send product back at your local Canada Post locations or at our office. Our address is 101 Amber Street, Unit 3, Markham, ON L3R-3B2.
  2. SalePointer is not responsible for any postage fees incurred from product returns. It is the customer's responsibility to return products to our office.

For customers who purchased from our merchants and placed an order online or chose to pick up in store:

  1. You can directly contact the merchant for more information about their return policy if you are dissatisfied with a product. Each merchant has a different return policy. For instance, some merchants offer free returns through designated carriers while others require the customers to pay for incurred postage fees. Customers may be able to return the product at the merchant's store as well.
